Hail, wind, and the adjuster
Storm damage restoration and we are an insurance claims specialist: free consultation and assistance with your insurance claims. We document the roof, then meet the adjuster on it so the damage that pays does not get written off from the driveway.

Flashing, valleys, boots
Roof repair and replacement, skylight replacement, and the leaks that never show up where the water lands. If the roof still has life in it we will say so rather than sell you a new one.

Once the shingle is off, the decking tells the truth: soft sheathing, old nail holes, valleys that were never flashed right, a boot someone caulked instead of replacing. That is the part of the job most homeowners never see, so we photograph it and walk you through it.
If it turns into an insurance claim, those photographs are what the claim is built on. We are an insurance claims specialist and the consultation is free.
